RUTH'S LIFE ADVICE THE CHEESE COATED PROPER STUFF

1. be happy, find happiness in the simplicity of beauty around you.

2. in times of sadness, focus on that one dream that keeps you going, a future. Or else, think of your family, your friends. All you need is one person you Know likes you, you Know has nothing against you. That guy who smiled at you on the bus? Your grandma? The girl who let you sit next to her at lunch? I don't know what's going on in your life but there is Always someone.

3. if 2 doesn't work, watch the made in chelsea advert and mock the posh people with their first wold problems and fall in love with jamie and lucy and proudlock and stevie and andy.

4. Your friends have all had boyfriends/ have kissed people/ have guys who they know like them (or girls) don't feel down. There is always someone. Alot of people find someone really special at an older age than most, but honestly? Year 8 relationships don't mean anything, and will probably be a source of regret in the future. The cleverest and happiest in the future will often have been those who held out for longer waiting for the right person to come along. As for kiss? I know someone pretty well, who kissed someone at a party and regrets it now because i think she always knew it was wrong. The guy was a player and she knew it yet he was hot and made her feel special. just because he makes you feel special doesn't mean he is the right guy.
Ha, look at me! giving advice on guys. hilarious.

5. on the other hand, your young (hopefully, if not you are not the intended audience), supposedly- care-free (i hate how parents tell us we are supposed to be carefree and happy and then pressurize us to work but they have our best interests at heart). now is the time to have your first kiss if you are cute like me, to develop a sense of taste and style and a passion for something. So go crazy, have fun, smile, be open minded, create stories
live an adventure

6. nah regrets are boring

7. things are funny. you dont have to be serious all the time so live a little, lauh out loud. Hey, a bonus, laughing produces stress reducing endorphins.

8. before you write this off as the cheesiest blog ever written, these things really help me so their not superficial. just a bit cheesy i agree.

9. work hard, when you have worked hard with a powerful motivation there is a sense of achievement that is unbeatable.

10. smmmmmmmiiiiiiiiiile
and pass it on please
:)
what a cheesy ending

this is not me atall

although i did say "that's so like totally" today what is happening to me.

The world is your oyster

As the teens of today we are under so much pressure. Pressure from the media pressure from boys pressure from our peers pressure from society etc etc etc
we've all seen the post about how,
if your thin you are assumed anorexic
if your larger you eat to much
if you are a virgin your frigid
if you've had sex you're a slut
into screamo? Emo
Indie? hipster
Pop? cliche
and this goes on and on and on
it is emotionally draining to read through tweets and tumblr posts on pinterest posts and facebook posts like this on a regular basis until soon even those of us with our glass heartily half full end up cynics like the rest of them.
And who can blame us, with the social media pressures telling us we are not normal unless we are perfect and if we are perfect we are fake. All society is is one big contradiction.
What i say to society?
screw that.
I don't conform to social obligations. If you were to judge me, you would look at me and see creepers and think hipster and see short skirt and think slut and see black color scheme and think emo and see red lipstick and think attention seeker.
Lets back track. If i wore plain jeans  and a hoody i would be seen as a common sheep who has no interest in making an effort in her appearence or social structure and thuss deemed unworthy to speak to.
The world is a vicious man eating hole.
It is one big spherical weight blackened by media and social anxieties that sometimes can leave a black stain on the beautiful things and people let this happen and more and more the layers of soot build up, charring away at happiness of existence.
The world is also your oyster.
If you dig from bottom up, there is nature and every single atom build together in such a way that creates life.
Music. Music is a sound that flows through the soul and comes out the other side heavy with nostalgia and someone who understands.
Look around you. its dark and all the little lights are shining through the trees, by a thousand electrical sparks created from the cracking of burning wood. Or the rain (lets face it, this is England) is falling in heavy drops from the grey sagging sky, making you feel the coziest person alive. Its autumn and i love autumn because i don't know where i should be in a world with no autumns with the wind and the rain and the golden leaves and the orange and red.

"a hey and a ho and the wind and the rain"~ (or something like that), Feste, twelfth night.

Photography is my own way of finding the beautiful things in the world. because i hold a camera, in my hand or forever in my mind, i am always searching for photos.
This is my pinterest board of some of the most beautiful and naturally magical photos...
